Returns & Refund Policy – Lozzia

At Lozzia, we want you to feel confident, beautiful, and completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Intimate garments where hygiene standards are compromised

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If you would like a different size or style, please contact us before returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lozzia is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
